When servicing and repairing clarinets, the three goals I set myself are:

reversible materials and methods

With every step I execute during maintenance, I ensure that a clarinet remains serviceable in the future, also by other repair technicians.

my own customer

I strive to run my workshop as I would like to see it myself as a customer and clarinet player. For example, my aim when scheduling is to return a clarinet to the player before a next lesson or rehearsal.

health and environment

When choosing materials for repair, I consider the possible effect on the player's health and try to minimise the impact on the environment. I often use natural products, such as almond oil to oil the wood of a clarinet.

I repair and service clarinets of all types and sizes. Following is a list of examples where my rates start for commonly used clarinets.

basic maintenance

the clarinet is inspected, cleaned to a limited extent and subsequently adjusted

• any repairs will be charged as additional work, giving you an individually tailored price for your clarinet

bass (C): starting at 95,00 euro

full maintenance

the clarinet is fully dismantled, thoroughly cleaned, oiled and subsequently adjusted

overhaul

the clarinet is fully dismantled, thoroughly cleaned, oiled, all pads and corks are replaced and subsequently adjusted
